Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges or accept returns of any product that has been opened or used. (Just because a plant is "completely natural" does not mean that it will not cause allergic reactions or harm). It is important that you immediately stop using any product if you experience discomfort of any kind (including burning, itching, redness or rash) or if you notice anything that indicates the product might not suit your particular body chemistry.
