SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We ship to street addresses (no PO Boxes) in all 50 U.S. states, all Canadian provinces and Puerto Rico. Shipping options are limited for some locations (such as Hawaii and Alaska). At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, please call for foreign shipping rates to countries other than Canada and Puerto Rico.
Orders usually leave our place within 2-5 business days of receipt of your order. How long it takes for the order to arrive at your location depends on where you are; for most locations in the U.S., the order will arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of shipment. If we are out of stock on a specific item, we will contact you.
Each order accommodates only one "ship to" address. To send items to more than one address, please make a separate order for each additional address. Each order is charged separate shipping costs based on UPS costs. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed on the order form prior to completion your order. The charge is based on the weight of the package (and sometimes on the dimensions of the package) as well as the zip code of the delivery.
